Unfined and unfiltered, aged in 50% new French oak for 11 months.

Very deep garnet colored, with aromas of black cherry and spice.

The flavors of cherry, plum, and spice notes follow into a long, lingering finish.

This bottling is a blend of the Pommard and Martini blocks.

A great food wine.
