Unfined and unfiltered, aged in a combination of new and one-year old French oak, this wine has been aged sur lies for 15 months.

The nose is filled with applies, pear, anise, and hints of vanilla and butter. Extremely rich entry, with the fruit flavors following into a long finish.

This may be one of my favorite vintages of Chardonnay.
